摘要
目的建立同时测定工作场所空气中正己烷、丙酮、丁酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等6种有毒物质的填充物气相色谱法。方法采用活性炭管吸附采集样品,经二硫化碳解吸后进样,恒温法,填充柱分离,FID检测器气相色谱法检测。结果在建立的实验条件下,6种待测物质在填充柱上分离良好,工作曲线的相关系数r值在0.999以上,加标回收率在86.4%~95.2%之间。结论该方法能有效分离和准确测定工作场所空气中正己烷、丙酮、丁酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等6种有毒物质,且操作简单,所需仪器设备便宜,尤其适用于基层实验室。
[Objective]To study and establish a method for simultaneous determination of n-hexane,acetone,methyl ethyl ketone,benzene,toluene,xylene in the air of workplace by packed column gas chromatography.[Methods]Samples were collected by using active carbon tubes,desorbed with carbon bisulfide,separated with constant temperature packed column and detected using FID detector.[Results] Under the established experiment conditions,the 6 kinds of toxic substances were well separated by packed column.The correlative coefficient r was above 0.999.The labeled recovery was from 86.4% to 95.2%.[Conclusion]This method can effectively separate and accurately determine n-hexane,acetone,methyl ethyl ketone,benzene,toluene,xylene in the air of workplace.Moreover,this method has a simple operation and cheap equipment,and it is especially suitable for laboratory at the grass-roots level.
