Research progress of N-terminal pro-BNP in the study of senile cardiovascular disease

摘要 氨基氮端前体脑钠肽(N-terminal pro-BNP,NT-proBNP)是近几年广泛应用于心血管疾病诊断及预后的一个生化标志物,其以优于脑尿钠肽(BNP)的特性被列为筛查心衰的首选生物学标志物。作者就NT-proBNP在老年心血管疾病领域中的研究进展作一综述。 N-terminal pro-BNP（NT proBNP） is a biochemical marker which is generally applied in diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular disease in the recent years.Because of its better characteristics than BNP,NT proBNP is regarded as the prefer biochemical marker for screening of heart failure.This article reviews the research progress of cardiovascular disease related to NT proBNP.
