摘要
目的:建立全血中铅及其同位素比值的分析方法。方法:全血经稀释20倍后直接用ICP-MS进行分析。结果:总铅的测定的精密度优于1.1%、检出限小于1 ng/ml,加标回收为96.0%~102%;207Pb/206Pb和208Pb/206Pb同位素比值测定的精密度优于0.13%,标准物质的分析结果和证书值一致。结论:可采用ICP-MS准确测定儿童全血品中的铅及其同位素比值,方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of lead and its isotope ratio in childhood whole blood by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods: The samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after 20 - fold dilution. Results: As to lead determination, the precision was better than 1.1%, the detection limit was under 1 ng/ml, and the recovery was between 96.0% - 102%. As to ^207Tpb/^206pb and^208Pb/^206Pb, the determination precision was 0.13%, the results were in consistency with the stand- ard. Condusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accuracy, and can determinte lead and its isotope ratio in childhood whole blood.
