摘要
目的:建立通过相对保留时间RRT数据库和RRT测量值及RRT参考值间的线性拟合识别工作场所空气中未知有机物的方法。方法:建立不同色谱柱和不同柱温下的有机物相对保留时间RRT数据库,将未知物的保留时间线性转化后与RRT数据库比较,得出未知物。结果:通过RRT测量值和RRT参考值进行线性拟合,得到DB-WAX柱线性方程:Y=0.9841X+0.0027 R2=0.9995;SPB-1柱线性方程:Y=1.1427X-0.1517 R2=0.9991。结论:线性转化法方便、准确,为工作场所空气中有机物的定性提供了方法。
Objective:To establish a method to identify the unknown organic compounds in the air of workplace using relative retention time (RRT) database and linear fitting between measured RRT values and reference values. Methods: A RRT database was developed using different chromatographic columns at different column temperatures. After linearly transformed, the retention time was compared with the database, and the unknown compounds were identified. Results: Based on the linear fitting between measured RRT values and reference values, the linear equations of the DB - WAX column ( Y = 0. 9841X + 0. 0027, R^2 = 0. 9995 ) and the SPB - 1 column ( Y = 1. 1427X-0. 1517, R^2 =0. 9991 ) were obtained. Conclusion: The linear transformation method was convenient, accurate, and it provided a method for the qualitative analysis of the organic compounds in the air of the workplace.
