摘要
目的:通过对流感病毒核酸考核盲样进行检测,及时找出问题,以确立简便、快速、特异的检测技术。方法:用RT-PCR法对10份考核盲样进行了检测,对不能确定型别的盲样用Real-time PCR法重新检测。结果:根据国家流感中心的反馈结果,RT-PCR法检测10份盲样9份结果正确,3号盲样用RT-PCR法检测新甲型H1N1和人季节性H1均为阴性,用Real-time PCR法复检为新甲型H1N1阳性。结论:Real-time PCR法具有灵敏度高、特异性好、重复性好等优点,适用于流感疫情的快速诊断。
Objective:By detecting the blind samples of influenza virus nucleic acid, to identify the problems timely, so as to establish the simple, fast and specific test technology. Methods: Using RT - PCR to detect ten tes- ting blind samples, the unidentified samples were detected by real - time PCR method to re - test. Results : Accord- ing to feedback from the results of the Chinese National Influenza Center( CNIC), nine of the ten blind samples were detected with correct results using RT -PCR. While NO. 3 blind sample was detected negative for new HIN1 and seasonal H1 by RT - PCR and by real - time PCR method for reexamination, it was found new H1 N1 influenza virus nucleic acid positive. Conclusion: Real -time PCR method with high sensitivity, high specificity and good reproducibility is suitable for rapid influenza diagnosis.
