摘要
目的:了解包头市市售食品的污染状况。方法:按《内蒙古自治区食品安全风险监测方案》的要求,2010年-2012年在包头市区及2个旗县区采集各类食品进行部分重金属、食品添加剂、农药残留等化学污染物的监测分析。结果:金属污染情况:铅超标率3.75%(12/320),镉超标率2.50%(6/240),铝超标率31.00%(31/100)。食品添加剂污染情况:食品添加剂超标率4.52%(14/310),其中亚硝酸盐超标率5.00%,糖精钠超标率15.56%,苯甲酸、山梨酸超标率6.67%。蔬菜农药残留超标率5.00%(甲胺磷不得检出)。违禁添加物、真菌毒素监测项目未有超标。结论:包头市售食品污染总体水平较低,但部分食品仍存在污染,应引起重视,采取针对性措施,加强监管力度,保证大众健康。
Objective:To understand the pollution of chemical contamination in food in Baotou. Methods: According to "Food safety risk monitoring plan of Inner Mongolia", different kinds of food were collected to monitor and analyze some heavy metals, food additives, pesticide residues and other chemical contaminants in Baotou urban and two counties from 2010 to 2012. Results: As to metals pollution, the over - limit rate was 3.75% (12/320) for lead, 2.50% (6/240) for cadmium, 31.00% (31/3100) for aluminum. While the over- limit rate of food addi- tives was 4.52% (14/310) , including nitrite(5.00% ) , sodium saccharin( 15.56% ) , benzoic acid and sorbic acid (6.67%). The over - limit rate of vegetable residues was 5.00% and methamidophos was not detected. In addition, the prohibited additives and mycotoxins were found in the limited range. Conclusion: The overall level of chemical contaminations in market food was low, but there are still contamination in some food, more attention should be paid to take specific measures to strengthen supervision to ensure public health.
