摘要
采用等离子喷焊技术对煤矿机械需要的超厚耐磨涂层进行了研究。结果表明 :在1 6Mn钢板的表面喷焊铁基合金可获得厚度为 1 ~ 6mm、硬度可达HRC50 ~ 65的超厚耐磨涂层。该涂层具有良好的耐冲刷性和耐磨粒磨损性 ,比过去的工艺提高使用寿命 3 ~ 1 5倍 ,是一种适用于矿山机械中恶劣摩擦磨损工况条件的特殊耐磨涂层。
By using of the technology of plasma spraywelding,this paper studied the heavy_thick and wear_resistant coatings used in coal mine machine.The result shows that spraywelding Fe_alloy on the 16Mn steel plate can obtain heavy_thick and wear_resistant coatings with thickness of 1~6 mm and hardness of HRC50~65.And the coatings have good impinge wear resistivity and good abrasive wear resistivity,the using life is 3~15 times longer than the life of old technology.It's a kind of particular wear_resistant coatings that suited the adverse friction and wear operating mode in mining machine.
