基于软件技术的电梯超载逆行安全控制方法

Safety Control Way of the Elevator Unintentional Reversal of the Direction of Travel Under the Overload Case Based on the Software Technology

当电梯重载向上运行和重载向下运行时．如果称重传感器失效。电梯超载运行会导致严重的事故。为了避免这类超载引起的事故，提出了一种软件控制方法。该方法利用电梯已有的传感器、指令系统和相应的控制规则。可判断出电梯的超载逆行。并给出了相应的处置措施。

The serious accident will be happened when the car running up or down with the heavy-load and the car load control device fail. This paper puts forward the software control way to against the car unintentional reversal of the direction of travel with that car load control device, the self- command system and the self-control logic.
