摘要
目的:观察督脉配穴针刺对虚瘀互结型血管性痴呆大鼠的干预作用。方法:建立高血脂和高血压两种兼有的VD实验动物模型,采用督脉配穴针刺,观察大鼠行为学变化和脑组织NO含量及NOS活性。结果:督脉配穴针刺组行为学测试结果优于模型组,NO含量及NOS活性低于模型组。结论:督脉配穴针刺对虚瘀互结型血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆障碍有一定的改善作用,与调节NO含量及NOS活性有关。
Objective: To observe the intervention effect of acupuncture du-channel and its matching acupoints on learning and memory of vascular dementia rats belonging to deficiency and blood stasis type and regulation function on NO content and NOS activity in rats’s brains. Methods: To build vascular dementia models which containing hyperlipemia and hypertension,models were divided into three groups,those were model,western medicine and acupuncture groups,each group contained 15 rats,15 normal rats were taken as control group.normal and model group were given distilled water,western medicine control group was given nimoldipine,acupuncture group was acupuncture du-channel and its matching acupoints,observing and recording rats’ behavior changes,determining NO content and NOS activity in rats’brain tissue. Results: The behavior changes of rats in acupuncture group were obviously improved, the NO content and NOS activity in rats’ brain tissue were decreased significantly in acupuncture group and western medicine group,there was no difference between the two treated groups. Conclusion: Acupuncture du-channel and its matching acupoints can improve the learning and memory disorder of vascular dementia rats of deficiency and blood stasis type,that is related to regulate NO content and NOS activity.
