累:轻与重

Tiredness:Light and Heavy

忙人秉性不足,以取物于身心为安。所取压迫、主导身心而致累。忙人在世,一方面自己找累,另一方面互相拖累、连累,其结果是人人不免乎累,人们注定受苦受累,累成为当代人普遍的命运。取物而背负物,物重而致人累。物重乃人使之重,重物轻己人故累。累由聚物于心,物重人轻而起;不累则反之,散物而使物轻人重,物不移人,自然轻松。自重而轻人则己不累而人累,自重而轻物则人不累而物累。人累、物累则己终不免乎累,自重而重人,自重而重物,物我、人我各不相累。
