Constructing Judicial System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

我国的司法制度具有鲜明的社会主义性质。中国司法制度吸收了中国传统法律文化中的积极因素和人类共同的法治文明,独具中国特色。司法制度改革是保持中国特色社会主义司法制度的优越性、实现自我完善的重要途径。构建中国特色的社会主义司法制度应当处理好"三个至上"之间关系、司法独立与监督司法的关系、司法职业化与司法大众化的关系,稳步推进新一轮的司法改革。

China＇s socialist judicial system has a distinctive nature. It absorbs the positive aspects from traditional Chinese legal culture and common human legal civilization, thus owning unique Chinese characteristics. Judicial system reform is to maintain the superiority of China＇s socialist legal system in addition to an important way to a- chieve self - improvement. In a bid to construct judicial system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we should handle good relations among ＂Three Prioities＂, the relations between judicial independence and judicial supervi- sion, and the relations between judicial professionalization and judicial popularization, therefore, steadily pushing forward the new round of judicial reform.
