摘要
运用计算流体力学的方法对波纹板油水分离器内部流动过程进行了数值模拟。运用Fluent商用软件通过分析分离器内部速度场和浓度场,验证了波纹板聚结部件的分离效果,同时验证了开孔波纹板的分离效果要好于未开孔的情况。通过改变波纹板板长和板间距得到其对分离效率的影响规律。
Making use of computational fluid dynamic methods,the internal flow's numerical model for corrugated plate oil-water separator was established,and the coalescer's separation effect was verified by analyzing internal velocity field and concentration field with FLUENT.The results show that the separation effect of corrugated plate with openings outperforms that without openings and through changing both length and spacing of corrugated plates,the influence law of different structural parameters on separation efficiency can be achieved.
