摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对复摆颚式破碎机的机架进行建模以及有限元分析,可以看出,机架原始模型在肘板座处存在很大的应力,同时部分结构强度储备过剩,导致材料浪费机重过重。根据有限元计算的结果提出了机架结构的改进措施,主要在于机架后墙结构的改进和对部分结构的减薄处理。机架结构的改进不仅解决了原始机架肘板处应力较大的问题,改善了其整体力学性能,同时还达到了轻量化的目的,取得了较好的效果。
Modeling and ANSYS-supported analysis of jaw crusher frame were carried out to show that the big stress at the bracket seat of original frame model and the excess structural strength at many frame structures can result in material waste and weight gaining,and improving frame's back wall and thining many structures can solve this problem and meanwhile improve frame's mechanical property so as to reach the objective of lightweight and better results.
