摘要
"十二五"期间,国家环保部将着力于减少氮氧化物(NOX)的排放。因此火电厂作为主要的氮氧化物排放源,需要采用有效的脱硝方法减少NOX的排放。本文简述了国内火电厂烟气脱硝技术和产业的发展状况,归纳了烟气脱硝相关的政策法规和行业规范,基于当前的烟气脱硝政策法规及市场结构对行业未来的发展和政策制度提出了分析和建议。
The ministry of environmental protection of China focused on reducing the NOxemission in twelfth five-year plan. Coal-fired power plants, as the main NOx emission source, should take effective de-NOx methods to cut down the NOx emission quantity. This paper stated the development of flue gas de-NOx technology and industry briefly. Policies and industry standards of Flue gas de-NOx were concluded. Analysis and suggestions for this industry＇ s future development and policy system were proposed based on current regulations and market structure of flue gas de-NOx.
