摘要
铝合金网壳结构已经在一些工程项目中得到应用,但类似于重庆国际博览中心项目的铝合金屋面框架、桁架结构体系仍应用较少。重庆国际博览中心项目铝合金屋面跨越下部多个钢结构单体,面积大、建筑外型复杂,通过受力分析提出了结构优化方案。通过合理设置结构缝和温度缝,将大型屋面分成多个独立区域,各区域采用框架或桁架结构形式,使得结构受力简单,并降低温度效应。介绍了铝框架及铝桁架采用的节点形式,为其他类似大型屋面项目提供参考。
Aluminum alloy latticed shell structures have been applied in some projects, but aluminum alloy frame and truss structures like Chongqing International Expo Center are relatively little applied in engineering. Aluminum alloy roof of Chongqing International Expo Center links several independent steel structures below. It has large area with complicated architectural shapes. By making suggestions on structural scheme optimization and setting structure and temperature joint, aluminum alloy roof is divided to several zones which using aluminum alloy frame and truss. These can result in more simple structure and less temperature stress. The joints of aluminum alloy frame and trt, ss were introduced. The conclusions may provide reference for similar projects.
