摘要 建立了具有周期免疫响应的乙肝病毒感染动力学模型,证明了无病平衡点的全局稳定性.仿真结果表明,当R_0<1时,无病平衡点全局渐近稳定,病毒最终被清除.当R_0>1时,患者持续带毒,并且患者体内病毒载量出现周期性波动现象. This paper proposes a HBV infection model with periodic immune response and proves the global stability of the infection-free equilibrium. Simulation results show when Ro 〈 1, the infection-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and the virus is cleared; if R0 〉 1, then the virus persists in the host and period pattern occurs.
