钢管塔全环板节点极限承载力的试验研究与有限元分析 被引量:6

摘要 对影响节点极限承载力的一些因素进行了研究与探索,结果表明极限承载力与主材壁厚、管径、环板高度和厚度等有关。通过对钢管塔全环板节点极限承载力进行的试验和数值研究,所得数值结果和试验结果吻合良好。通过理论分析,提出了钢管塔全环板节点极限承载力设计的建议公式。通过和其他研究结果以及日本有关规范的对比,阐明了所提建议公式是安全可靠的,为钢管塔节点设计以及节点极限承载力的确定提供一定的设计参考依据。 Influence factors on the ultimate bearing capacity of steel tube tower's joint are studied and explored. It reveals that the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint depends on the thickness and diameter of tubular, as well as the thickness and height of annular plate. The ultimate beating capacity of annular plate joint of steel tube tower is researched by using test and finite element methods (FEM), and the test results have a good coincidence with FEM results. The formulas proposed through theoretical study are safe and reliable compared with other research results as well as Japanese standards, which can provide references for the determination and design of the ultimate beating capacity of steel tube tower's joint.
