摘要
研究了α-萘酚酞的合成及提纯工艺。以α-萘酚、邻苯二甲酸酐为主要原料,设计分段反应温度和反应时间,对合成的各种反应条件进行了研究,优选甲磺酸为缩合剂合成α-萘酚酞,并通过实验选出了一种适合工业化单元操作的分离提纯工艺。目标化合物经红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证化学结构。合成的α-萘酚酞纯度和收率都显著提高。
The synthesis and purification of Alpha-Naphtholphthalein was studied~ With naphthol and phthalic anhydride as starting materials, the reaction conditions, including reaction temperature and time in different reaction steps were researched. Methane-sulfonic acid was selected as condensing agent. An ideal post processing method is established through the experi- ments. The chemical structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR and 1H-NMR. The purity and yield of the products were remarkably improved.
