Based on the statistical analysis to the monitoring data of extra-deep excavation pits in Shanghai soft soil,it explores the ground surface settlement characteristic at the outside of diaphragm wall of extra-deep excavation pit,which will provide a reference for further study of the design and construction of extra-deep excavation pit in Shanghai soft soil.
