The paper analyzes the current management conditions of Beijing and Guangzhou rail transit bases.According to the production and management situation of Shanghai rail transit,it explores the necessity of establishing control center in Shanghai rail transit base and gives out some implementation proposals,which will has positive significance and practical guidance to improve the production and management at Shanghai rail transit base.
