对胜利炼油厂高铁乳化沥青装置首次开工过程作了总结,对试生产产品存在的质量问题进行分析,及时落实改进措施,改进后的生产结果表明,胜炼可为京沪等高铁建设提供优良的高铁乳化沥青。
