Combining with the construction practice, this paper discussed the application of technology of cold in - plant recycling of emulsified asphalt in highway pavement overhaul project. The indoor experiments and construction proved the technique was feasible. It could achieve the recycling of old asphalt pavement lay- er materials, restore and improve the pavement performance of old asphalt mixture, had significant economic and social benefits and could provide reference to similar projects.
