武汉市综合性医院护理人员给药护理风险认知现状的调查

Investigation and analysis of nurses＇ cognitive status on administration nursing risks among nurses from general hospital of Wuhan city

目的了解护理人员给药护理风险的认知现状，为建立和完善给药护理风险管理体系提供依据。方法采用方便抽样法选取武汉市3所综合医院的356名临床护理人员，采用自行设计的综合性医院护理人员临床给药护理风险认知问卷进行调查。结果72.0%的护理人员认为在给药过程中责任重大，有风险存在，12.4%的护士认为给药风险是可以避免的；给药风险相关知识的掌握方面明显不足，法律法规的得分（1.45±0.37）、专业药物知识的得分（1.56±0.56）；护理人员给药风险认知自我行为评价方面总体状况不容乐观，正确给药（1.83±0.35）分，合理给药（1.57±0.35）分,药物不良反应的防范（1.43±0.36）分。结论应加强护理人员给药相关法律法规及专业药物知识的培训学习，提高给药风险防控意识和识别能力，加强合理用药及药物不良反应的风险防范和控制。

Objective To understand nurses＇ cognitive status about administration nursing risks and provide basis for management system of administration risks. Methods A total of 356 clinical nurses from three general hospitals in Wuhan were selected by convenience sampling, and investigated by self-designed recognition questionnaire on nurses＇ administration nursing risks. Results 72.0% of the nurses considered there was great responsibility during administration process and risks existed, and only 12. 4% of the nurses believed administration risks could be avoided. Knowledge about administration risks was insufficient, the score of laws and regulations was （ 1.45 ± 0.37） and the score of professional medication knowledge was （ 1.56 ± 0.56）. Nurses＇ self-behavior evaluation was also not optimistic, the score of correct administration was （ 1.83 ± 0.35）, reasonable administration was （ 1. 57 ± 0. 35 ）, and the adverse drug reaction was （ 1. 43 ± 0. 36 ）. Conclusions Nurses should be trained on related laws and regulations and professional knowledge of drugs, so as to improve their prevention awareness and identification ability of administration risks, as well as to strengthen risk prevention and control of rational administration and adverse drug reactions.
