摘要
根据军校学员队管理实际情况，将定性分析与定量模型相结合，运用马尔可夫链对学员队干部管理效果进行评价。阐述了该方法的理论依据，建立了学员队干部管理的评价体系及评价模型。通过实例分析得到定量评价结果，为学员队干部管理提供了一种较为科学、合理的评价方法。
