摘要
应用CDF混凝土抗盐冻性能试验方法,对普通混凝土(OPC)和高性能混凝土(HPC)在内掺A型耐盐冻外加剂时的耐盐冻剥蚀性能进行研究。试验结果表明,OPC和HPC的剥蚀量、相对动弹性模量损失率在内掺A型耐盐冻外加剂后均有下降,内掺A型耐盐冻外加剂后表面未出现微观裂缝。机理研究表明,内掺A型耐盐冻外加剂后,除冰盐溶液在毛细孔内形成凸液面的同时,还填充了混凝土中的毛细孔隙,阻止了水分及氯离子向混凝土内部的扩散,从而提高了水泥混凝土路面的耐盐冻剥蚀性能。
CDF salt-frost resistance test methods for the properties of concrete and scan elec tron microscope (SEM) are used to study the resistance freezing-thaw property and microc- rack in ordinary performance concrete(OPC) and in high performance concrete (HPC) when modified organosilicon waterproofing agent is added . The test result of the resistance freez- ing-thaw of the concrete in deicing salt indicates that the denudation quantity and the loss of dynamic modulus of elasticity in OPC and HPC with modified organosilicon waterproofing a gent is less than that in OPC and HPC without it. The SEM result shows that the microc- rack does not occur on the surfance of the OPC and HPC with modified organosilicon water proofing agent but appears on the the surfance of the OPC and HPC without it. Mechanism result indicates that deicing salt solution will form the bulge surface in pore of the concrete , water molecule and chloride ion are prevented from diffusing into the internal concrete and the performance of resistance freezing-thaw of the concrete in deicing salt is improved.
