老年人2型糖尿病合并肺部感染的临床分析

Clinical analysis of elderly diabetes patients with pulmonary infection

目的分析老年2型糖尿病患者合并肺部感染发生的原因、临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法对48例确诊为老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果48例患者中治愈11例，显效28例，总有效率84．78％；4例患者经治疗无效后转上级医院治疗，无效率8．33％。结论老年人2型糖尿病合并肺部感染易误诊或漏诊，应尽早进行胸部x线检查，治疗原则为积极控制血糖，预防、治疗糖尿病并发症，合理应用抗生素。

Objective To analyse the type 2 diabetes combined with elderly pulmonary infection happen because,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment. Methods 48 cases were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes combined with elderly pulmonary infection were analyzed retrospectively. Results 48 patients WHICH cured in 11 cases, 28 cases,the total effective rate of 84.78% ;4 patients treated by turn to the hospital for treatment after on,no efficiency 8.33%. Conclusion The combination of type 2 diabetes pulmonary infection fallibility diagnosis or, as early as possible should be detected on the chest X-ray, treatment principle for the active control blood sugar, prevention, cure diabetes complications, the reasonable application of antibiotics.
