摘要
工作满意度和领导成员交换质量是管理心理学的重要研究课题。在已有研究的基础上,以高校教师为例,利用结构模型方法,探讨领导成员交换质量与工作满意度的关系。研究结果表明,领导成员交换质量与总体工作满意度、内在工作满意度和外在工作满意度存在正相关。
Job satisfaction and Leader - Member Exchange quality arc two of the most important research topics in Organizational Psy- chology. Based on the existing research, taking university faculty as example, this papor discusses the relationship between job satis- faction and LMX. It suggests that job satisfaction and total job satisfaction, intrinsic job satisfaction, extrinsic job satisfaction are posi- tively related respectively.
