生产性服务业发展对湖南工业效率提升的影响:基于城市面板数据的经验分析

The Impact of Producer Services Growth on Hunan Industrial Efficiency Promotion:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Cities’Panel Data

随着新型工业化的推进,湖南工业效率得到显著提升,但反映在产业利润率上却徘徊不前。运用面板数据模型对2003—2010年湖南13个地级市的实证分析表明:湖南工业效率的提升主要来自于劳动报酬的激励、资本有机构成的提高和劳动者素质的改善,体制性因素和反向服务外包导致了湖南生产性服务业发展的滞后,这在一定程度上限制了工业企业在价值链地位的攀升。因此,通过推进体制改革、规范市场制度和加大政策扶持等一系列措施来优化生产性服务业的发展环境,将是进一步促进湖南工业转型升级的关键。

With the development of industrialization, Hunan industrial efficiency has been significantly improved, but still fingered in the industrial profit rate. The empirical analysis by using panel data model to 13 Hunan cities in 2003 -2010 shows that： the improve- ment of Hunan industrial efficiency mainly attributes to the inspiration of labor reward, the increase of organic composition of capital and laborer quality improvement, whereas the system factors and the reverse service outsourcing lead Hunan producer services to lag behind, all which in some extent limit the rising of industrial enterprises in the value chain. As a result, series of measures should be taken to optimize producer services environment, for example, to accelerate system reform, standardize market system and strengthen policy support. This will be a key to facilitate Hunan industry transition upgrade.
