摘要
构造一种符合项目型生产模式下的"拉动式"生产控制方法———基于项目计划约束的拉动式生产控制方法(PPRP).首先考虑项目生产计划约束、单件生产模式带来的生产成本的非线性因素以及赶工情况下单工序产能的可变性,在线性成本模型基础上对已有的控制方法进行适用性改进,构造了PPRP控制方法,并对其控制算法进行了描述.然后,对PPRP方法的控制空间形态进行解析分析,并与一般看板控制方式的控制空间形态进行了比较,从而揭示了PPRP控制方法区别于常规拉动式控制方法的特征.
A pull - way production control method, named "project plan restricted - way production control method" (PPRP) , is developed, which is suitable for project oriented production mode. Difference from common optimal control method, the PPRP method considers project progress restriction, and non - linear cost characters brought by complex product's single production model, and capacity variability brought by over time working to keep up with the project progress restriction. Then, the algorithm of PPRP is given. The shape of state scope of PPRP is analyzed and compared with that of normal KANBAN control. The characters and advanta- ges of PPRP is given in the end.
