摘要
顶岗实习是高职学生培养基本职业素养必须的教学环节。在真实的工作环境下,学生可以全面了解餐饮行业的工作流程,通过参与服务和管理等实践活动,将理论与实践结合,练就良好的职业技能。本文以广州工程技术职业学院2009级餐饮专业学生为例,分析餐饮专业学生在顶岗实习中遇到的问题,并提出解决这些问题的思路。
Post practice of higher vocational and technical colleges is a necessary factor in cultivating students; professional attainment. Under a real working environment, students can totally understand the working process of foodservice industry. Integrating theory with practice, students can achieve a good professional skill through participating in practice subjects such as service and management. By taking the grade 2009 student majoring in foodservice industry of Guangzhou Institute of Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in post practice of students in majoring Foodservice Industry and brings forward some ideas for the solutions of the problems.
