摘要
学生在评定奖学金、评先推荐时都是以自然班或院系为单位进行的,英语分数会直接影响学生的利益,从而出现能力高的学生伪装进入基础班以求获得高分的"奖学金困境",分析造成这一困境的评价考核因素、学生惰性因素及心理因素,建立合理的评价机制、激励机制等,可使高职英语分级教学更加科学、合理。
Stratified teaching is significant and practical to higher vocational education. Students apply for scholarship based on natural class, causing the scholarship dilemma that the students with high English capacity sneak into the basic class to achieve higher marks. Based on the scientific analysis on the reasons causing this dilemma, this article puts forward four feasible suggestions in order to help the stratified teaching be more scientific and reasonable.
