岳阳市社区护理需求调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Community Nursing Demand in Yueyang City

目的了解岳阳市居民对社区护理的需求,为更好地发展社区护理、确定社区护士培训的内容提供依据。方法采取问卷调查法及询问的形式,对社区护理的需求进行调查分析。结果岳阳市社区居民对社区护理服务的利用率较低。结论岳阳市社区居民在疾病护理和疾病预防两方面对社区护理服务的需求相对较高。目前岳阳市社区护士很大程度上不能满足社区居民的服务需求,应加强社区护士相关社区护理知识和操作项目的培训。

Objective： to know the care needs of the residents of the community, to better develop community care and to provide content basis to nursing training. Methods： by questionnaire survey and inquiry and by investigation and analysis of community nursing demand. Results： the utilization rate of community care service is low among residents in Yueyang city .Conclusion： the community nursing service needs about disease care and disease prevention of the community residents in Yueyang city is relatively high. Currently, the community nurses in Yueyang is unable to meet the community needs, thus we should strengthen the community nursing knowledge and operation training of the community nurses.
