中药小茴香、吴茱萸热敷对子宫切除术后肠功能恢复影响的研究

Study on influence of cumin plus evodia fomentation on recovery of intestinal function of patients after undergoing hysterectomy

[目的]观察小茴香加吴茱萸热敷对子宫切除术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。[方法]将90例病人分为3组,即中药热敷组(治疗组)、常规护理组(对照1组)和大米热敷组(对照2组)各30例。观察3组病人肠鸣音出现时间及肛门排气时间。[结果]治疗组肠鸣音出现时间及肛门排气时间均较对照组提前(P<0.05)。[结论]使用中药小茴香加吴茱萸行腹部热敷,可解除麻醉药品对肠蠕动的抑制作用,促进子宫切除术后病人肠功能的恢复。

Objective：To observe the influence of cumin plus evodia fomen- tation on recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after undergoing hysterectomy. Methods： A total of 90 groups, traditional Chinese medicine patients were divided into three fomentation group （ treatment group） ,rice fomentation group （control group 2） and routine care group （control group 1）,30 cases in each. Then to observe bowel sounds appear time and anal exhaust time of patients among three groups. Results：The bowel sounds appear time and anal exhaust time were in advance in treat- ment group lompared with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The use of traditional Chinese medicine fennel plus evodia for hot belly can remove the inhibition of narcotic drugs intestinal peristalsis and promote recovery of bowel function of patients after hysterectomy.
