高洲酒业企业文化建设的突破口—CIS的导入和实施

摘要 国内外知名企业都普遍重视CIS的导入和实施,而且CIS战略并不是一定要通过企业发展到成熟阶段才去实施。高洲酒业是中国酒业近年来崛起的一个强力二线白酒企业,全面的CIS设计和应用对其非常必要。考虑到企业目前的现状和战略重点,提出其CIS构建战略推进步骤:在规划好GIS整体推进战略的基础上,高洲酒业近期应凝练和表达自己的MI,然后以MI为指导,进行企业VI系统的开发和应用,再逐步完善BI系统。企业标志的重塑是实施此战略的重要环节,考虑到自身优势并借鉴知名酒企的成功经验,认为高洲酒业要把创建全国工业旅游示范点和企业VI导入及实施相结合。 The well-known enterprises at home or abroad usually pay much attention to the introduction and performance of CIS. It is not necessary to carry out CIS strategy until the enterprise development to a mature stage. Gaozhou Liquor Industry Co. Ltd. is a second-tier liquor enterprise developing quickly during recent years, therefore the comprehensive design and application of CIS is necessary. Due to current status and strategic focus of the enterprise, the procedure of the CIS construction was put forward: after well designing of GIS entire promotion, the enterprises should concerntrate and express its own MI recently. And then guided with MI, the enterprise VI system should be developed and applied. After that, the BI system should be improved gradually. The reconstruction of the enterprise symbol is the key step of the whole strategy. Taking account to its own advantages and the successful experience of the famous liquor enterprises, the Gaozhou liquor enterprise should combine the construction of national industrial tourism demonstration site with the introduction of enterprise VI.
