几种干物浓度下玉米混合粉生料发酵的比较与探讨 被引量:7

摘要 以中粮生化能源(肇东)有限公司现有生产线上的玉米混合粉为原料,试验了不同干物浓度生料发酵的效果,在干物浓度分别为27%、29%、31%和33%的条件下,所得成熟醪酒份(体积分数)依次为:13.28%、14.40%、15.64%和16.86%,在这种条件下残糖和残淀粉指标较高。生料发酵省去了原料液化过程,较熟料发酵具有能耗低、操作成本低等优势,是未来酒精工业发展的趋势。 The no-cooking fermentation process was studied using corn mixed powder from COFCO Bio-energy (zhaodong) Co.Ltd ethanol production line. Different concentrations of slurry with dry solids of 27%, 29%, 31% and 33% were tested. The results indicated that the final ethanol titer of no-cooking process was higher than that of cooking process, but the residual carbohydrate and starch were higher than those using traditional cooking technology. Comparing the two processes in the energy consumption and the ethanol output, This no-cooking fermentation has advantages of low energy consumption and low operation cost compared with traditional cooking fermentation.
