摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定酒类产品(主要是进口白兰地)中的芥子醛、松柏醛含量,方法准确,灵敏度高,可靠性强获得了良好的分析结果。芥子醛、松柏醛含量对白兰地等级分类中具有重要的影响。
The method using high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of alcoholic products （mainly imported brandy ）sinapaldehydes, the coniferylaldehyde content, the method is accurate, high sensitivity, and reliability analysis. Sinapaldehydes, coniferylaldehyde of content in the the brandy classification has important implications.
