乳腺癌病人及配偶生活质量相关性与影响因素的分析

Analysis on correlation of quality of life between breast cancer patients and their spouses and its influencing factors

[目的]调查乳腺癌病人及其配偶生活质量状况,探讨两者之间的相关性,并分析其影响因素。[方法]选择4所三级甲等医院243例乳腺癌病人及其配偶为研究对象,采用简明健康状况问卷(SF-36)和乳腺癌病人生活质量量表(FACT-B)进行现状调查。对两者生活质量总分和各维度得分进行相关分析,并从疾病信息、照顾情况和婚姻情况3方面进一步分析两者总体生活质量相关性的影响因素。[结果]与配偶的各维度和总体生活质量相关的是病人的生理状况和功能状况,病人情感功能与配偶心理维度和总体生活质量相关。影响两者总体生活质量相关的因素有肿瘤分期、手术类型、目前治疗、每天照顾时间、每周照顾时间、持续照顾时间、有无协助照顾者、婚龄、婚姻调适。[结论]乳腺癌病人与其配偶的生活质量具有相关性,病人的生理状况和功能状况对其配偶的生活质量影响较大。医护人员可以根据这些影响因素采取干预措施,降低病人生活质量对其配偶的影响。

Objective：To investigate the status of quality of life of breast cancer patients and their spouses,and and probe into the correlation between them,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 243 cases of breast cancer patients in four three grade A hospitals and their spouses were selected as the research objects,and the short form health questionnaire（SF-36）and breast cancer patient’s quality of life scale（FACT-B）were used for investigation.The correlation analysis was carried out for the total score of quality of life and each dimension score between them.And further to analyze the influencing factors of correlation of quality of life between them from aspects of illness information,care situation and marital situation.Results：Only the patients’physical status and functional status were associated with the spouses’each dimension score and overall quality of life score,patients’emotional function and spouses’ psychological dimension and overall quality of life.The influencing factors of the overall quality of life of them included tumor stage,type of surgery,the present treatment,daily care time,care time per week,the continuing care time,with or without assist caregivers,age of marriage,marital adjustment.Conclusion：There is correlation between the quality of life of breast cancer patients and their spouses,and the patients’physiological status and functional status of can impact the quality of life of their spouse greatly.Health care workers can take interventions and reduce the influence of quality of life of patients on their spouses according to these factors.
