三种不同宫内节育器临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of three different intrauterine devices

目的探讨MCu375 IUD、元宫铜300IUD及TCu220CIUD三种不同宫内节育器(IUD)的临床效果。方法将639例自愿放置IUD而无禁忌症的育龄妇女并随机分为MCu375 IUD组(A组)、元宫铜300IUD组(B组)及TCu220C组(C组),每组各213例,随访24个月后再观察临床效果。结果三组在放置6、12、18、24个月后的妊娠率相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组、B组脱环率在放置18、24个月后均比C组减少(P<0.05),因症取出率A组与B组在放置18、24个月后均比C组减少(P<0.05),A组、B组续用率在放置18、24个月后均比C组增多(P<0.05),A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组与B组的各种不良反应的发生率均比C组明显减少(P<0.05)。而且C组与B组的不良反应发生率相比较有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 MCu375 IUD和元宫铜300IUD具有避孕效果好、脱环率低、不良反应少、可靠安全、续用率高等优点,值得基层计生服务机构推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MCu375 IUD,the Yuan Palace copper 300IUD and TCu220CIUD three kinds of intrauterine device（IUD）.Methods 639 cases were all the voluntary IUD insertion without contraindications women of childbearing age,and were randomly divided into MCu375 IUD（Group A） Palace copper 300IUD group（Group B） and TCu220C group（Group C）,213 cases for each group,follow-up of 24 months,and then observed the clinical effect.Results Three groups pregnancy rate compared placed after 6,12,18,24 months,there was no statistically significant difference（P0.05）,the Group A,Group B decyclizing rate for 18 and 24 months after than the decrease in Group C（P0.05）,the Group A,Group B removed for medical rate in place after 18 and 24 months than the decrease in Group C（P0.05）,Group A,Group B continued with rate placed 18,24months later than the increase in Group C（P0.05）,Group A and Group B,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05） than in Group C,the Group A and Group B,the incidence of adverse significantly reduced（P0.05）.And the incidence of adverse reactions of Group C and Group B compared to a significant（P0.05）.Conclusions MCu375 IUD,and meta Palace copper 300IUD contraceptive effect is good,the ring off low,fewer adverse reactions,reliable security,and continued with the advantages of high worth grassroots family planning agencies to promote the application.
