护理人员灾害应急知识量表的初步筛选及信效度评价 被引量:16

Preliminary screening, reliability and validity assessment of nursing disaster emergency knowledge scale

摘要 目的对初步研制的护理人员灾害应急知识量表进行统计学筛选并对其信度和效度进行评价。方法根据灾害应急知识内容,结合国内外文献资料并参照国外成熟量表,经研究小组及两轮专家评定后形成初始量表。通过方便抽样方法选取某军队三甲医院的238名护理人员进行预调查。采用探索性因素分析、信度分析、相关分析等对量表进行统计学初步处理。结果各条目在其因子的负荷值为0.632—0.906,累积方差解释率为69.257%。各因子与量表总分的相关系数(r)为0.731—0.951(P〈0.01),各因子之间的r值为0.502—0.818(P〈0.01)。量表总的Cronbaeh’s a系数为0.975,6个因子的Cronbach’s a系数分别为0.768,0.799,0.752,0.865,0.819,0.813。总量表的重测信度系数为0.916。结论护理人员灾害应急知识量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为选拔救援护理人员和明确护理人员灾害应急知识培训需求的评价指标。 Objective To conduct statistical screening, reliability and validity assessment of nursing disaster emergency knowledge scale. Methods According to the content of disaster emergency knowledge and materials from home and abroad, and combined with foreign mature scales, initial scale was formed by the research group after two rounds of expert evaluation. Convenience sampling was used to choose 238 nurses from a military class three A hospital for pre-investigation. Exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were also used to conduct statistical processing. Results Load value of every entry in the factors was 0. 632 - 0. 906, and cumulative variance explained rate was 69. 257%. The correlation coefficient (r) between every factor and the total scale was 0. 731 - 0. 951 ( P 〈 0.01 ), and r between each factor was 0.502-0.818(P 〈0.01). The total Cronbach' sct of the scale was 0.975, and the Cronbach' s (x of its 6 factors were respectively 0.768, 0. 799, 0. 752, 0.865, 0. 819 and 0.813. And the test-retest reliability of the scale was 0.916. Conclusions The nursing disaster emergency knowledge scale has good reliability and validity, which can be applied as the evaluation index to select rescue nursing staff and define the needs of nurses' emergency knowledge training.
