试论彭真对党建思想的贡献

Study on Peng Zhen's Contribution on Party Building

彭真作为中国共产党第一代、第二代中央领导集体的重要成员,不仅为中国革命、建设和改革事业作出了不可磨灭的历史贡献,而且在党的建设理论方面,也创造了非常宝贵的精神财富。他的党建思想集中表现在以下四个方面:要注重学习马克思主义哲学,坚持实事求是;要抓住三个关键,以贯彻民主集中制原则;要明确人民群众是党的母亲,坚持党的群众路线;要按照干部"四化"的要求培养、提拔中青年干部。

As one of the most important figures of the central leadership of the first and second generation of Chinese Communist Party, Peng Zhen not only made great and indelible historical contribution to Chinese Revolution, construction and reformation, but also created remarkable spiritual wealth for party building theories. His party building thoughts mainly focused on the following four aspects, that is, more attention to the study of Marxist philosophy, and adhererance to the principle of seeking truth from facts ; the carrying out of the three keys to keep to the principle of democratic centralism; making sure that the mass of people is a party＇s mother, and adhererance to the party＇s mass line ; training and promoting young and middle-aged cadres on the basement of the requirements of ＂the four modernizations＂.
