摘要
目的:研究孔石莼多糖抗氧化活性。方法:采用传统的水提醇沉法提取孔石莼多糖,以四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠为模型,分为孔石莼多糖低、高剂量组、阳性对照组、模型组及正常组。分别以不同剂量孔石莼多糖(250mg/kg、1000mg/kg)、二甲双胍(1000mg/kg)和蒸馏水灌胃,28d后测定小鼠肝脏和肾脏组织中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性和MDA含量。结果:高剂量孔石莼多糖能显著提高糖尿病小鼠肝脏和肾脏组织中SOD、GSH-Px和CAT的活性,降低MDA含量。结论:孔石莼多糖具有显著的抗氧化作用。
Purpose: To study the antioxidant capacity of polysaccharide extracted from Ulva pertusa Kjellm. Methods: The polysaccharide from Ulva pertusa Kjellm was extracted with hot water and precipitated with ethanol. The diabetic mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan with a dose of 200mg/kg body weight. The diabetic mice were randomly divided into four groups: low and high dosage ofpolysaccharide (250mg/kg and 1000mg/kg body weight), positive control group (metformin at 1000mg/kg body weight) and diabetic model group. The normal mice were use as normal control group. After 28d, the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT and the content of MDA in liver and kidney were determined. Results: The polysaccharide-treated mice exhibited significantly higher activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT in liver and kidney and significantly lower content of MDA as compared with diabetic model group. Conclusion: It suggested that the polysaccharide from Ulva pertusa Kjellm have strong antioxidant a- bility to protect against alloxan-induced oxidative damage.
