摘要
通过流体力学软件Fluent对不同倾角聚结构件进行了建模及数值模拟,研究分离器聚结构件倾角对分离效果的影响。结果表明:聚结构件对流体有阻碍作用,相对于倾角为30°、60°的聚结构件来说,45°时对流体速度的阻碍作用较小;油滴上浮及水的下沉速度随着倾角的增大而加快,分离速度提高;但加快的油滴流动速度不利于油滴在板上的聚结。
In order to study the effect of coalescence component dip angle on separation in separator, the modelling and numerical calculation of coalescence component of different dip angle were performed by using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT in the article. The results show that coalescence component can reduce fluid movement speed and the effect is smaller when the dip angle is 45 °. It is also found that the velocity of oil droplets floatation and water sinking increases with the increasing of the dip angle, consequently, separation speed increases. But the increasing of oil droplets flow velocity is against the coalescence of oil droplets on the board.
