A Synthesis Method for Planar Mechanisms Design

针对抽油机四杆机构采用传统设计方法求解困难的问题,根据平面四连杆机构的设计经验,将常用的图解法和解析法相结合,进行抽油机四连杆机构设计,克服了图解法比较直观但不精确而解析法精确但又很复杂的缺陷。该综合设计法可以避免设计结果不能满足设计参数要求的情况。

A variety of methods can be used to design the planar mechanisms, such as graphic method, experimental method and analytical method. Graphic method is more intuitive but inaccurate. Experimental method is complicated and inaccurate. Analytical method is accurate but complex. This thesis intends to combine the graphical method and analytical method to design the planar mechanisms. This new synthesis method is intuitive and precise, providing an effective method for planar mechanisms design
