摘要
L-12/5-250型压缩机存在各级压缩缸进排气温度较高、机组效率低、运行能耗高等问题,增加了运营成本。基于降低压缩缸的进气温度能降低压缩机功率的结论,提出了冷却压缩机级间回气的节能技术改造方案。结合L-12/5-250型压缩机工艺流程,完成了在第2、4级级间回气管上加装1套冷却器的节能技术改造,并统计了改造前后能耗相关数据。试验数据表明:节能改造后取得了压缩机理论节能1.86%和实际节能3.87%的节能效果,能耗理论计算结果与实测数据吻合。节能改造后降低了压缩缸进排气温度,提高了压缩机效率,降低了机组能耗,实现了压缩机节能运行。
L-12/5-250 type compressor is a kind of supercharge equipment which is used in a CNG filling stations for compressed natural gas. However, there exist problems, such as the high intake and outlet temperature of compression cylinder, low efficiency of the compressor unit, high running energy consumption and high operating costs. Based on the conclusion that reducing the intake air temperature is to reduce compressor power,the improvement program of inter-stage cooling is proposed. Combined with the process of L-12/5-250 type compressor, energy conversation technology reformation that is equipped with cooler on the second and fourth stage return pipe of L-12/5-250 type compressor has been completed,and also the relevant consumption data before and after the improvement has been counted. The data shows that it saves theoretically energy consumption by 1.86% and actual energy consumption by 3. 86%. The theoretical energy consumption is fit to practical value. It lowers cylinder inlet temperature and improves the compressor efficiency and also reduces the energy consumption of the compressor unit.
