摘要
上世纪80年代在国内工程勘察行业中推行的岩土工程体制,使我国基于苏联体制建立的"工程勘察行业"获得了显著的发展,实现了与国际同行的初步对接,工程勘察工作者为社会提供了更加广泛、深入的专业技术服务。进入21世纪以来,以科学发展观为指导的城乡建设和产业发展对勘察设计行业提出了新的需求和更高的要求,工程设计领域已经在"绿色建筑"和低碳结构工程体系方面开始初步探索,相比之下,在不可或缺的岩土工程领域如何建立适合我国国情的可持续发展管理体系目前基本上是空白。本文基于对国际同行的发展轨迹和国内外相关研究与实践的综合分析,对在我国社会可持续发展中建立、健全一个"可持续岩土工程"系统和重要使命提出分析和初步建议。
The geotechnical engineering system has been significantly developed since its establishment in 1980s in China in the engineering investigation industry which was originated based on the former Soviet Union system.This Chinese system today is preliminarily consistent with our international counterparts,and the engineering investigation industry provides more extensive and in-depth professional and technical services for the community.Since the beginning of the 21st century,new demands and higher requirements have been proposed for the engineering investigation and design industry from the urban and rural construction and industrial development under the guidance of the scientific development concept.In the field of engineering design,the concepts such as "green building" and "low-carbon structural engineering" have been explored.On the contrary,there still lack of study on how to establish a sustainable development management system in the field of geotechnical engineering adapting to the Chinese context.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the track of the international development of our counterparts and the research and practice in home and abroad,analysis and some preliminary recommendations on the mission and the system to construct and perfect sustainable development of geotechnical engineering are proposed under the circumstance of the sustainable development of our society.
