摘要
单排翅片管作为空冷凝汽器的核心部件,其直接影响到空冷机组的经济性运行。实际运行中,由于安装不善或者热膨胀等作用,空冷翅片间的间隙对空冷凝汽器的换热能力造成了很大的影响。通过建立单排翅片管换热器的物理与数学模型,对不同翅片间隙下翅片管束的传热特性进行分析。结论表明,随着翅片间缝隙的加大,管束间容易形成明显的空气通道,翅片管入口处出现明显的涡流,严重影响了翅片管束的传热性能;在运机组应注意翅片管间隙的实时监控。
As the core component of air-cooled condenser, single row finned tube heat exchanger effects the economic operation of air-cooled unit. In the actual running condition, as a result of poor installation and thermal expansion, mounting clearance between air-cooled finned tubes seriously impact the heat transfer capacity of air-cooled condenser. The physical and mathematical model of single row finned tube is built according to the heat transfer characteristic analysis of finned tubes on different fin clearance. The conclusion shows that with the increase of mounting clearance between finned tubes, air Channel appears obviously and vortex grows on the inlet of tubes, which affects the heat transfer performance of tubes seriously; real time monitoring should be taken for finned tubes mounting clearance on the running units.
