摘要
某电厂200 MW机组为了大比例掺烧褐煤,在1号锅炉制粉系统进行了中温炉烟改造,增加了中温炉烟系统。为了使该系统安全、可靠运行,实现大比例掺烧褐煤的目的,对1号锅炉在掺烧50%、60%比例褐煤并投入中温炉烟系统时进行制粉系统改造并进行相关调整试验,保证制粉系统能够满足防爆和干燥出力的要求。
In order to burn blending brown coal for a large proportion in a 200MW power plant unit, milling system in No. 1 boiler is modified in the flue gas temperature, and the temperature of flue system is added. To make the system safe, reliable operation, achieve the purpose of blending a large proportion of brown coal, No. 1 boiler is in blending 50%, 60% and the temperature of flue gas system is input when the relevant modified milling system adjustment and testing is carried out, and the milling and drying system can contribute to the requirements of proof.
