循环流化床锅炉燃烧特性试验研究

Experiment Investigation on Combustion Characteristic of CFB Boiler

摘要 在一台465 t/h循环流化床锅炉上进行了燃烧特性试验研究。试验结果表明,灰渣含碳量随炉膛出口氧量和床压升高而降低,随锅炉负荷降低而降低;采用上大下小的倒塔型二次风配风方式和适当的燃煤粒度有利于改善燃烧效果;排渣口远离给煤点可降低炉渣含碳量;一次风量主要用于保证流化质量,对燃烧效率影响不明显。 Experiments investigation on combustion characteristic in a 465t/h CFB boiler is described. It is found that the content of carbon in ash decreases greatly with excess air ration decreasing, bed pressure or boiler load increasing. Suit sizes of coal particles or bigger ratio of upper second air is also useful to increase combustion efficiency. Keeping position of bottom ash Discharging far from position of coal feeding can decrease the content of bottom ash. Primary air is mainlY, used to fluid the particles in furnace and has less influence on combustion efficiency.
