Discussion on Critical Items of On-site Review of Production Licenses of Cement Preparing Enterprises

本文基于《水泥产品生产许可证实施细则》(以下简称《细则》),对水泥配制企业实地核查的"设备工装"和"过程质量管理"等关键环节展开讨论,详细分析水泥配制厂的生产工艺特点,深入地解析《细则》要求,提出水泥配制企业的实地核查重点内容,供水泥产品生产许可证核查人员在进行实地核查工作时参考。

Based on the ＂Cement production licenses execution rules＂ （referred to as ＂Rules＂）, this article discusses the critical steps of on-site review of cement preparing enterprises, e.g. equipment tooling, process quality management etc., analyzes in details production process features of cement preparing plants. By closely studying the requirements of the Rules, the article proposes critical items for the on-site review of cement preparing enterprises in order to provide reference for the license reviewers.
