摘要
本文以麦克斯韦方程组为基础研究了电磁波在具有缺陷的材料中的传播特性.采用时域有限差分法数值计算了电磁波在具有表面和亚表面缺陷的材料内部传递时电场强度的空间分布.计算结果表明,材料表面、亚表面缺陷扰乱了瞬态电场的均匀分布,导致材料内部某些位置的电场强度成倍增大,从而成为材料热学、力学性质变化的"诱点".文中利用光学知识讨论了缺陷对电磁波调制作用的物理本质.
In this paper, the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic wave in the medium with defectiveness are discussed based on the Maxwell equations. The finite-difference time- domain method is used to calculate the light intensity spatial distribution in the material with surface and subsurface defectiveness. The results show that the defectiveness disturb the uni- form distribution of transient electric field, leading to the electric filed strength at some local position fold increases in the material, which become the "draw point" for the thermal and mechanical properties of material. In this paper, we make use of the optical knowledge to discuss the physical essence of modulation effect of the defectiveness on the electromagnetic wave.
